Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Operations Manager to establish and optimize our marketing investment framework. This role will design budget management protocols, drive financial-performance alignment, and cultivate best practice sharing across markets. You will serve as the crucial bridge between Finance, Regional Teams, and Leadership, ensuring marketing spend delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Governance & Process Design
1.1 Design standardized budget planning templates and timelinesEstablish clear approval workflows with Finance for marketing budgets.
1.2 Develop procurement guidelines for marketing expenditures.
1.3 Create budget adjustment protocols for agile investment.
2. Performance Accountability Framework
2.1 Implement campaign evaluation standards with unified KPIs.
2.2 Oversee post-campaign review process with standardized templatesManage vendor payment certification tied to performance.
2.3 Maintain marketing spend database with categorization.
3. Insight Generation & Reporting
3.1 Produce quarterly Spend Effectiveness Reports.
3.2 Develop allocation vs. performance analysis.
3.3 Lead budget planning workshops with stakeholders.
3.4 Present investment recommendations to leadership.
4. Capability Building
4.1 Curate Marketing Operations Playbook.
4.2 Organize best practice sharing sessions.
4.3 Establish cross-functional training programs.
4.4 Maintain case study repository. Competitive salary and benefits package.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 8+ years in marketing operations/performance analysis.
2. Expertise in budget governance systems.
3. Advanced proficiency in: Marketing dashboards (Google Data Studio, Datorama, etc.), BI toolsStrong understanding of marketing finance metrics.
4. Preferred Qualifications:Global brand marketing experience, having executed worldwide campaignsProven track record managing multi-market brand initiatives.
5. Experience working with global agency networks.
6. Background in international brand strategy development.
7. Familiarity with cross-cultural marketing adaptations.
