Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing Player One Entertainment s presence across all social media and digital marketing channels. You will own both organic and paid strategies, ensuring that Player One s brand voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with industry trends. Your role will combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage Player One s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging organic content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions to foster strong brand loyalty.
- Track and follow emerging trends that align with Player One s brand voice and values.
Paid Media Campaigns
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Display & Search
- TikTok Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions with strong ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and execute backlink strategies and improve technical SEO.
- Collaborate with the web team to enhance website speed, structure, and ranking.
Content & Copywriting
- Write and edit blogs, case studies, and informative content aligned with Player One s industry.
- Improve website copy for clarity, engagement, and SEO relevance.
- Ensure all content reflects Player One s tone of voice and brand positioning.
Marketing Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage event tracking to measure campaign performance across platforms.
- Confidently use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize cross-platform performance and ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media and social media management.
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
A team player who can collaborate effectively but also thrive working independently.
Creative mindset with an analytical approach to measuring results.
