Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives and business growth goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in event and media production sectors.
- Support brand positioning through creative campaigns, partnerships, and PR activities.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for events, production launches, and media projects.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare detailed reports and insights for management.
- Oversee the company s digital presence (website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising).
- Create and manage engaging content, visuals, and videos that reflect the company s identity and promote its services.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to drive traffic and leads.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, marketing materials, and client touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials (brochures, videos, showreels, presentations, etc.).
- Handle PR and media coordination to increase brand visibility and industry presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in event management, media production, or creative agencies.
Proven experience in planning and executing digital and offline campaigns.
Strong command of social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, videographers, and project managers under tight deadlines.
