Role Overview

We re seeking a creative, analytical, and hands-on digital marketer to take ownership of PX s digital presence with one clear objective: drive demo requests and boost conversions.

You ll design and execute content strategies across company website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and beyond, delivering measurable results that fuel PX s growth.


Responsibilities

  • Persona-Driven Strategy: Deeply understand PX s users: digital nomads, property managers, and hosts, and tailor content that speaks directly to their needs and aspirations.
  • Content Leadership & Design: Own PX s content strategy end-to-end. Plan, create, and publish compelling posts across web and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit). Deliver engaging copy and visuals (via Canva or similar tools) that reflect PX s brand voice: professional, empowering, and freeing.
  • Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and company goals.
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, short videos, carousels, infographics).
  • Leverage storytelling to showcase PX s value proposition and inspire demo requests.
  • Budgeting & Channel Selection: Identify the most effective channels (organic + paid) and allocate resources to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Metric Tracking & Optimization: Provide weekly/monthly reporting on: Follower growth & engagement Content reach & click-through rates Demo conversion rate Cost per lead (if paid campaigns are tested)
  • Experiment & Improve: Continuously test messaging, visuals, and campaign formats to improve performance and ROI. Stay ahead of trends in SaaS, proptech, and digital marketing.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all messaging and design assets consistently communicate PX s vision of freedom, efficiency, and future-proof ownership.
  • Scalable Foundations: Build repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks that allow PX s content engine to scale as the company grows.

Commitment

  • Part-Time Contractor: Flexible hours (20 hrs/week)
  • Initial 2-Month Contract: Designed as a launch phase with clear potential to extend and grow into a full-time role as PX scales
