Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with agencies and media buying vendors across Google, Meta, Telegram, TikTok, X, and crypto-native advertising networks for growth.
  • Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Manage ASO efforts to drive organic visibility, installs, and positive reviews across platforms.
  • Ideation and execution of promotional campaigns to increase conversion as per channels.
  • Execute targeted lifecycle campaigns for various segments (both transactional and promotional) across email, push, and in-app channels, focusing on user onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the region to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
  • Coordinate internal and external relations with agencies, partners, and other departments to ensure timely communications, product releases, and effective campaign planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably within the crypto or fintech app sectors.
  • Proven skills in managing paid ad channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others) and utilizing ASO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Insider, MoEngage, Braze).
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, blockchain products, and community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A fast learner with excellent team spirit and coordination skills.
