Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platformsbr> Develop and manage content strategies aligned with business goalsbr> Handle social media presence and audience engagementbr> Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insightsbr> Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiativesbr> Research market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunitiesbr> Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
