Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Brainstorm and creative social branding growth strategies through US and GCC market.
  • Manage, design and content create social media posts according to Decima s calendar.
  • Develop and update website (Content - Design Organize).
  • Develop and update Decima s documents and presentation design according to the company theme.
  • Implement an employer branding strategy
  • Implement a GTM strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Fluent English both verbal and writing
  • Minimum 5 years or more in Marketing agency or related organization
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Advanced computer skills and automation tools
  • Growth hands-on experience
  • Background in PMC or Staffing companies
  • Creative Experience is a must
  • Strong stakeholder communication
  • Sales Background
