Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To handle drafting project shop drawings as well as coordination drawings between different disciplines and assist Site Engineers in clarifying and resolving any technical problem that could arise during the construction caused by designs.
  • Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
  • Collaborate with other depts. teams internally to issue, review and implement project baselines, including resource loading and progress curves generation and monitoring.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and advise the team and client regarding compliance.
  • Participate in any necessary quality audits in relation to MEP works
  • Oversee the testing and commissioning program and ensure contractor compliance in conjunction with the Supervision Consultant
  • Review contractor schedules in relation to procurement, installation, and testing and commissioning, and identify any potential delays or progress concerns

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
  • Site Execution is A Must
  • Experience in Tendering/Procurement
  • Knowledge in MEP. Qs.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge in PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English
  • Attention To Details
