Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems for high-rise projects

  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and junior engineers

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities

  • Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Ensure full compliance with DM, DCD, DEWA, and project specifications

  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and site safety

  • Identify risks and resolve technical issues proactively

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 – 15 years of experience in MEP (high-rise building projects mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, drainage & fire-fighting systems

  • Proven experience in team handling and project management

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE authority approvals and regulations

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
