Senior Mechanical Engineer

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about transforming ideas into manufacturable, high-performance products. You will lead end-to-end mechanical design activities, from concept development to production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies from concept to production
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and tolerance analysis to ensure product reliability
• Conduct design reviews and implement DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, industrial design, and supply chain
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and product improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master s is a plus)
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical product design
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar)
• Experience with prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes (Injection molding, CNC, sheet metal, etc.)
• Familiarity with FEA / simulation tools is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
