Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
Lead end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) across multiple projects.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
Manage coordination between disciplines (civil, electrical, architecture) to eliminate clashes, optimize designs, and avoid project delays.
Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, quality standards, and local/international codes.
Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project performance.
Support procurement by reviewing vendor offers, technical comparisons, and material compliance.
Lead testing, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, acting as a technical authority both on-site and within the technical office.


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of experience in construction or real estate development projects.
Proven expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) design and site execution.
Strong command of codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local regulations).
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project delivery.
