Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and prepare detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical support during project planning and execution phases.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on technical progress.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to select and approve mechanical materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with high standards.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and handover packages.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (a must).
- At least 5 years of experience in a construction company (a must).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar tools).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
