Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:-

Implements guidelines and operational controls for media and awareness activities through the Exchange s approved social media channels, monitors any deviations or errors before publication or distribution, and addresses them under direct supervision.

Contributes to achieving the Exchange s objectives through various social media platforms.

Maintains relationships with target audiences across digital platforms, responds to their requirements, and answers inquiries in coordination with relevant organizational units.

Provides the department and management with statistics and data generated from all forms of social media activities through periodic reports, and contributes to developing the institution s media plans.

Prepares media and awareness content for social media channels in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and evaluates content to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional quality.

Ensures that all social media publications strictly comply with approved standards, preserving the brand and corporate identity.

Coordinates media interviews of all types with internal and external stakeholders; contributes to organizing training, awareness sessions, and discussion forums; organizes and covers all market-related campaigns and events; monitors engagement and submits required reports.

Publishes daily statistics and monitors and documents news circulated across all media channels, submitting recommendations to the direct supervisor.

Identify potential risks within the department's operations, develop plans to mitigate them, and inform the risk department accordingly to prevent recurrence.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the department manager.
