Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive app installs and user engagement.
  • Utilize mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Optimize marketing efforts across various channels including social media, search, and display networks.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for mobile apps.
  • Proficiency with mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO).
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
