Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, CPL, and conversion rates
Develop full-funnel media buying strategies aligned with course enrollment goals
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages
Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable optimization insights
Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure message alignment
Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior in the education and engineering training space
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with clear KPIs and recommendations
Manage tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and ensure accurate data reporting
Mentor junior media buyers if required and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, especially for education, training, or service-based businesses
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into performance-driven decisions
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
