Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. Focuses on maximizing ROI, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving ad strategies to drive traffic, engagment and sales.
Launch, lead, and level-up ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond.
· Dig into audience insights to find the perfect platforms and placements — no budget wasted.
· Track, tweak, and turbocharge campaign performance to smash KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
· Sync up with the creative team to make sure your ads not only perform, but look .
· Own the budget like a pro — allocate wisely, spend smart, and maximize every dirham.
· Build reports that don’t just show numbers — they tell the story (with insights that matter).
· Keep one eye on trends and the other on competitors — always one step ahead.
· Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative tricks to stay fresh and drive results.
· Set up and monitor tracking, attribution, and pixel magic to ensure clean, accurate data.
Desired Candidate Profile
· You speak fluent Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
· You love chasing numbers — ROAS, CTR, CPA are music to your ears.
· You know how to make small budgets act like big ones.
· You’re creative, analytical, and just a little bit obsessed with optimization.
· You can juggle campaigns without breaking a sweat.
· You’re always hungry to learn the next best trick in the media buying game.
· Have a good idea about installing pixels and events in social media platforms.
