Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Medical Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, engaging, and evidence-based medical content (scripts, captions, short-form).
  • Simplify complex clinical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Collaborate with doctors and KOLs to produce videos, podcasts, and educational materials.
  • Prepare content briefs, scripts, and support recording to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance content creation and scale production.
  • Review and validate content for scientific accuracy, compliance, and alignment with clinical guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally to support product content, user experience, launches, and optimize content based on performance insights.
  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in medical content creation or healthcare communication.
  • Experience collaborating with doctors, KOLs, agencies, or production teams.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical concepts, pharmacology, and evidence-based medicine.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong digital skills (AI tools, automation) with the ability to simplify complex medical information and maintain high accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in medical content creation or healthcare communication.
  • Experience collaborating with doctors, KOLs, agencies, or production teams.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical concepts, pharmacology, and evidence-based medicine.
