Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach via phone and email, establishing rapport with clients to schedule meetings.
  • Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to identify promising new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and securing contracts.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by maximizing every opportunity to close deals and contribute to exceeding KPIs.
  • Actively listen to customers , accurately identify their needs, and provide insightful answers to their queries.

Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate product value propositions.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Superior time management skills, ensuring efficient and organized work execution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Excellent).
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong preference for experience in the medical insurance sector.
Reliable car ownership is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
