Senior/Mentor Instructor (Teachers Training)

Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met

• Design professional development sessions for instructors focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
• Deliver customized sessions according to the recent class visits and the general performance.
• Make class visits to measure the effectiveness & implementation of the workshops.
• Track the progress and learning curve for each instructor.
• Track the current instructors in implementing SYE methodologies and techniques.
• Promoting high standards of teaching and learning through (inspiration, innovation, and guidance).
• Spread the English environment and the company s culture.
• Teach the assigned classes every round.

• Teaching experience for more than 5 years
• Previous managerial expertise of at least one year
• Solid knowledge of the latest training technique
• Have working experience with training needs assessment of teaching teams and the ability to design & deliver appropriate training initiatives to meet those needs.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
