A leading main contracting company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Cost Control Engineer to join its growing team. This role requires a professional with strong analytical abilities and a solid background in managing cost control, estimation, and budgeting within large-scale MEP contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance analyses
Review and evaluate project variations and change orders to maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate closely with project, procurement, and planning departments for financial control
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all project cost activities and reports

Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7 10 years of experience in MEP cost control, with prior UAE experience preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other cost management tools
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
