Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes.

  • Conduct detailed energy analysis and sustainable design practices to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Manage and handle along with Project Coordinator and Construction Projects Leader, maintained official project records include budgets, schedules, submittals, specifications, operations, maintenance manuals and drawings.

  • Conduct Electrical engineering infrastructure services

  • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.

  • Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software and tools such as Revit or AutoCAD.
