Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes.
Conduct detailed energy analysis and sustainable design practices to optimize operational efficiency.
Manage and handle along with Project Coordinator and Construction Projects Leader, maintained official project records include budgets, schedules, submittals, specifications, operations, maintenance manuals and drawings.
Conduct Electrical engineering infrastructure services
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software and tools such as Revit or AutoCAD.
