Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Architecture & Innovation
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions aligned with business challenges.
Deployment & Optimization
Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions and hybrid environments, ensuring performance and availability.
Migration Management
Conduct complex migration projects from legacy systems to the Cloud (Microsoft 365 & Azure).
Complex Problem Solving
Analyze, diagnose and resolve advanced technical incidents while optimizing the performance of the environments.
Client Relations
Understand client issues, gather requirements and propose solutions with high added value.
Knowledge Sharing
Lead training sessions, produce documentation and support teams to ensure the sustainability of the solutions implemented.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mastery of Microsoft 365 environments: Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune
Solid experience on Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM
Expertise in security and compliance (Defender, Purview, Conditional Access)
Confirmed experience in migration to Azure
Languages: Fluent French and English
Soft skills
Communication | Team spirit | Adaptability
Additional assets
Microsoft certifications (MS-700, MS-500, MS-102, SC-300)
Experience with Power Platform and SharePoint Online architecture
