Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsiblities:
- Expert CAM Programming: Generate optimized G-codes for CNC Milling (using PowerMill or similar) to achieve high-precision finishes.
- SolidWorks Design: Review and prepare mold designs for the manufacturing phase.
- Production Management: Lead the manufacturing process from raw blocks to final assembly/trial, utilizing both CNC and manual machines.
- Technical Optimization: Develop smart machining strategies to compensate for the absence of EDM/Wire-cut.
- Experience: 5+ years in mold making (Workshop environment).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level in SolidWorks and PowerMill (Programming is the top priority).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mold structures, steel types, and heat treatments.
- Precision: Proven ability to handle tight tolerances and complex mold components.
