Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring Delivery: Execute real-time, scheduled, and ad-hoc monitoring within assigned scope.
Structured Outputs: Produce monitoring Cards with complete documentation and amplification indicators.
Clustering & Tracking: Organize related coverage into clusters and track frequency/engagement signals.
Situation Report Inputs: Drafting: Draft assigned sections of daily/weekly/special situation reports (descriptive).
Operational Signals: Provide operational trend and narrative-momentum signals.
Quality Support: Self-QA outputs and perform supporting checks on junior drafts before Team Lead review.
Handoffs & Escalation Drafts: Prepare monitoring evidence packs and draft alerts for sensitive spikes for escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

5–7 years in media monitoring / media intelligence / digital analysis / social listening.
Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms & dashboards (e.g., Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch or equivalent). (GA4/Similarweb/SEMrush = plus)
Strong structured reporting and trend interpretation (volume/peaks/narratives/engagement indicators).
Excellent Arabic, English Advanced working
Ability to own an assigned monitoring scope (platform/language/topic) and support junior analysts.
Strong UAE/GCC context awareness and reputational risk sensitivity.
