Senior MS Fabric Data Engineer Alpha Data Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior MS Fabric Data Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics function. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale data solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform. This role is critical in building scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines that enable advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures on the Microsoft Fabric platform to support both real-time and batch processing.

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Python, PowerShell, and Spark for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and integration.

• Implement and enforce data governance practices, including data quality, metadata management, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to develop Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics solutions for actionable business insights.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and system performance across platforms.

• Support adoption of AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning initiatives by ensuring high-quality, reliable data availability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and best practices to maintain enterprise-wide consistency.

• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.

• Designed and implemented ETL processes and API-based data integrations across core systems, CRM platforms, social media channels, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
