Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our specialized outpatient care service in Qatar. The role focuses on delivering advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in manual therapy, individualized treatment planning, and leading exercise-based rehabilitation programs, while contributing to the development and standardization of clinical pathways.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions.
- Lead and supervise exercise-based rehabilitation programs, including group sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of treatment.
- Develop, implement, and standardize rehabilitation programs and clinical pathways to align with best practices.
- Educate and guide patients on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and long-term recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior physiotherapists and contribute to ongoing staff training and professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest research and innovations in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a Western-accredited university.
- Valid Physiotherapy License in the State of Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in one or more of the following settings: Private practice Elite sports organizations High-level musculoskeletal rehabilitation centers Outpatient clinics

- Proficiency in advanced manual therapy techniques.
- Strong ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Proven experience in leading and managing exercise-based rehabilitation groups.
- Expertise in developing, standardizing, and evaluating rehabilitation programs.
- Demonstrated excellence in managing musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Preferred Skills
- Background in Pilates and/or strength & conditioning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving service models and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and clinical innovation.
