Job Overview
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Core ERP Developer to maintain, enhance,
and optimize our in-house ERP system. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor
junior team members, and ensure the ERP platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned with
business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP modules built on .NET Core.
Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of new ERP features.
Integrate ERP with external systems (APIs, databases, third-party services).
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Perform advanced debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews.
Collaborate with analysts, QA, DevOps, and other developers.
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding, architecture, and ERP workflows.
Manage deployments, versioning, and production releases.
Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
Contribute to long-term ERP roadmap and technology upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
Proficient in C#, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server.
Strong database design and optimization skills.
Experience in enterprise-scale ERP systems.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred). Proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
