Senior .NET Developer

Context :

As part of our client's team expansion, we are seeking a proactive and independent individual capable of effectively managing existing applications and databases. You will possess strong proficiency in the .NET ecosystem (Framework, C#, ASP.NET), PL/SQL/T-SQL, and Crystal Reports. Experience in the insurance sector (particularly auto insurance) is highly desirable.

• Location: Casablanca, Morocco
• Contract type: Freelance
• Duration: 6 months, renewable
• Start date: ASAP

Missions :

• To develop creative and effective solutions that improve the customer experience (internal/external) by applying best practices and various development technologies
• Transforming User Stories / Specifications defined by the Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project Manager into reliable IT solutions
• Design clear user scenarios, design tests for prototypes and products, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Provide refactoring, code maintenance, secure development, and pair programming
• Collaborating with other team members in an Agile environment

Search profile:

• Higher education (Bac+5) in computer science (Engineering, Master's)
• 6 years or more of experience in enterprise-scale web application, web service, and web API development
• Experience in the insurance sector (a plus, especially in the automotive sector)
• Ability to adapt to change (languages, business and operational aspects)
• Good communication, reflection, flexibility and presentation
• Experience in an Agile environment (decisive element)
• Experience in relational databases (and non-relational databases are a plus)
• Qualities: Leader, team player, autonomous, methodical, good listener, rigorous, good interpersonal skills
