Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Network Design & Engineering
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise network infrastructures.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs, VXLANs).
Administer and optimize WAN, LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments across multiple sites.
Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance of mission-critical network systems.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network incidents.
Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement
Support presales activities by delivering technical presentations and solution designs.
Collaborate with sales teams on customer workshops, proposal development, and technical validation.
Participate in RFP/RFI processes by preparing detailed technical responses and architectural input.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending modern networking best practices and solutions.
Documentation & Standards
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including network diagrams, topology maps, and operational standards.
Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, playbooks, and technical reference architectures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in progressive network engineering roles.
Deep expertise in Cisco technologies with Cisco CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent) certification strongly preferred.
Proven hands-on experience with routing, switching, and enterprise network design.
Experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security integration.
Knowledge of HPE Aruba networking solutions (wired, wireless, and campus networking).
Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions and network automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
Cisco CCNP Enterprise (minimum); Cisco CCIE strongly preferred.
Multi-vendor expertise across Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
