Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design & Implementation:
- Design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks. Configure routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring security and operational standards.
- Network Security:
- Implement security measures (firewalls, NAC, encryption) and coordinate with cybersecurity teams to manage access controls.
- Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting for network issues, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal downtime.
- Network Monitoring & Optimization:
- Use tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) for performance monitoring and proactive alerts. Optimize performance with QoS configurations and capacity planning.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee network projects, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and technical specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions. Provide status reports on network health and vendor performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure seamless network integration and solution development.

- Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure seamless network integration and solution development.Qualifications /div> div> ul> li>Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field./li> li>Certifications like CCNP, CCNP Data Center Core,strong> em> /em> /strong>Fortinet NSE, or Palo Alto PCNSE preferred./li> li>5+ years of experience in network administration and design./li> li>Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, QoS, IPsec, VPN)./li> li>Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet equipment./li> li>Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and SNMP configurations/li> li>Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
