Senior Network Engineer - UAE OMNIX INTERNATIONAL Co. L.L.C.

Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, SDN, campus networks, and data center environments. Implement and support routing and switching solutions (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Huawei, Aruba, Ruckus). Manage and optimize enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Ruckus). Configure and administer Cisco collaboration technologies including voice gateways, CUCM, and IP telephony. Plan, deploy, and manage GPON/FTTx solutions within enterprise environments. Administer, maintain, and secure firewall infrastructures on Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper platforms. Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, network troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Prepare and review network designs, HLD/LLD documentation, BoQs, and deployment plans. Ensure network compliance with security standards, best practices, and IT governance frameworks. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers. Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and clients for solution design and escalation support. Required Technical Skills Strong expertise in Routing and Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS). Advanced knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies including planning, site surveys, heatmap analysis, RF optimization, and controller-based architectures. Hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions (CUCM, CUC, Voice Gateways, SIP, VoIP). Working knowledge of Huawei Enterprise Networks (CloudCampus, S Series Switches, WLAN, USG). Experience with GPON technologies including OLT/ONT configuration, provisioning, QoS, and AAA. Strong hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus enterprise WLAN and switching solutions. Proven experience managing Cisco Firepower, FortiGate, and Juniper firewalls. Good understanding of Zero Trust architecture, NAC, 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, certificates, and network security posture management.
