Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full talent acquisition cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct JAs & JDs and support in creating job's KPIs
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and improvement plans to support a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement organizational development initiatives, including change management, training, and leadership development programs.
  • Support succession planning and career development, partnering with managers to identify and grow internal talent.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to enhance morale, retention, and workplace culture.
    Support general HR functions and employee engagement activities as needed.
  • Create and maintain databases for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational development programs.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Visio
  • Odoo ERP user
  • Excellent analytical and organizing skills.
  • Alexandria Residents only .
