About This Role

NEXEL is a fast-growing Odoo Partner. We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to lead the Odoo practice in NEXEL and the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Odoo modules, business processes, and client management. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to execute specific customer business requirements.
• Provide functional consulting on Odoo modules such as Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, POS, and Website.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementation, integrations, and performance.
• Prepare and review functional documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeframe.
• Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Certified in Odoo version 18 (or can attain the certification)
• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in financial accounting and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Python and custom module development in Odoo is a plus.
