Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Senior Officer – Email, SMS & Push Marketing to lead our global direct digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. The role focuses on driving online sales, customer engagement, and self-service adoption by creating impactful and personalized customer communications.


  • Develop, implement, and optimize global cross-channel direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Manage customer segmentation, targeting, and automation flows to deliver relevant communications.
  • Increase and engage the customer database through personalized campaigns, templates, and content optimization.
  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns, triggered messages, and promotional offers to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using A/B testing and web analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand compliance, accuracy, and consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Loyalty, Marketing, Corporate Comms, etc.) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Support lead-generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and database growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in email/SMS/push marketing or digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, Braze, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns in large-scale organizations (preferably airline/e-commerce/hospitality).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
