Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist to Project Manager Fitout Projects in tasks related to Bank premises as follows.

  • Review & prepare specifications, bills of quantities, tender drawings, tenders & tender analysis

  • Review, coordinate and approve drawings, specifications, technical reports, and payments.

  • Reviewing contractors shop drawings , material submittals, method statement, inspection and test plans, schedules, and compliance with project objectives.

  • Provide advice and technical assistance related to construction, materials, and equipment s

  • Co-ordinate with FAB s departments in respect of branches/premises renovation & relocation and carrying out approved modifications.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly building works progress reports to enable assessment of works progress and the possibility of re-programming the work schedule to meet target dates.

  • Handle any task requested by the line manager and assure completing them within the agreed timeframe.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The job holder is required to have a University Degree in Engineering and minimum 3 + year's relevant experience in all aspects of engineering, relating to buildings.

  • 3 5 years are relevant experience is a pre-requisite for the proper execution of the job holder's duties

  • Knowledge of MS office package, AutoCAD (2D) & MS Project.

  • Good knowledge of English (spoken/written)

  • Good communication skills

  • UAE Driving License
