Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Bearing the responsibilities assigned to the job in alignment with the government framework, approved policies, procedures, department-wide guidelines.
Contributing to the preparation of reports required by the ministry and external reports when needed.
Contributing to the implementation of change management initiatives within the department and supporting the achievement of their outcomes.
continuous pursuit of developing technical and professional skills in accordance with job requirements.
Performing any other duties within the scope of the job assigned by the department.
Implement engagement initiatives and plans approved by the department.
Organize workshops, discussion groups, and interactive sessions with beneficiaries to measure their satisfaction and collect their feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in beneficiary engagement, community outreach, or a related field, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector.
Exhibits a strong understanding of beneficiary protection principles and ethical considerations in program implementation.
Demonstrates ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Exhibits strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Demonstrates a commitment to upholding organizational values and ethical standards.
