Position Objectives:

• Senior Officer Technology Project Management will lead and oversee high-impact technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensures alignment between project goals and organizational strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Requires leading cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and mitigating risks proactively.
• Liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex technology projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Ensure all projects align with organizational strategy, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to quality, governance, and compliance standards across all project phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master s degree preferred).
• Professional certification in Project Management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
• 8+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects across multiple domains.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-million SAR project budgets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic languages.
