Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handling review and release of customer s EOSB requests

  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders while handling customer s EOSB requests

  • Contacting customers if required while handling customer s EOSB requests

  • Manage procurement requests for retention teams.
  • Facilitate necessary training for retention teams.
  • Manage MIS reporting with stakeholders.
  • Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) review.
  • Manage and update retention-related resources and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate and support retention initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support in lead allocations for specific product.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Client satisfaction index
  • Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures of FAB

Desired Candidate Profile

Understanding of the products, policies and systems.

Interpersonal skills to efficiency interact with internal customers and business stakeholders.
