Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Handling review and release of customer s EOSB requests
-
Liaising with multiple stakeholders while handling customer s EOSB requests
-
Contacting customers if required while handling customer s EOSB requests
- Manage procurement requests for retention teams.
- Facilitate necessary training for retention teams.
- Manage MIS reporting with stakeholders.
- Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) review.
- Manage and update retention-related resources and documentation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes.
- Coordinate and support retention initiatives and campaigns.
- Support in lead allocations for specific product.
Key Performance Indicators
- Client satisfaction index
- Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures of FAB
Desired Candidate Profile
Understanding of the products, policies and systems.
Interpersonal skills to efficiency interact with internal customers and business stakeholders.
Team working skills.
Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc,,,)
