Key Result Areas

• Check Corporate Actions related to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC related markets and update the same in the Trading system.
• Apply in the market for Investor numbers for customers.
• Financial posting in the core system.
• Handle Customer queries and resolve them.
• Prepare trade confirmation and send to the customers.
• Reconciliation of the customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case of any exception.
• Report HO trades done through Securities to CAD for booking the same in HO books.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Graduated from a recognized University.
• Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of a medium-sized entity.
• Computer literate.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Due to the nature of the job, candidates with a command of the Arabic language will be preferred.
