Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations for facility management services, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards./li>
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows to meet client requirements./li>
  • Monitor service delivery performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality./li>
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly./li>
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all FM activities./li>
  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making./li>
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize operational expenses./li>

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Qualifications

    • BSc degree in MEP Engineering./li>
    • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential./li>
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Facility Management sector./li>

    Required Skills

    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management operations./li>
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail./li>
    • Proficiency in operational planning, scheduling, and resource management./li>
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities./li>
    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines./li>
    • Familiarity with FM compliance standards and safety regulations./li>
