Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To oversee and manage the daily operations of our water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and ensure treatment processes meet quality standards.
- Monitor plant performance, analyze data, and implement process adjustments for optimization.
- Lead and train the operations team, setting schedules and priorities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in the operation of water/wastewater treatment plants.
- Bachelor's in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications in Water/Wastewater Treatment Operations, Process Control, and Safety Management (e.g., HAZOP).
