Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the financial sector.

Provide techno-functional solutions, including system configurations and customizations.

Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools.

Collaborate with business users to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices.

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Support data migration, reconciliation, and system upgrades.

Provide user training and post-go-live support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications (Fusion preferred).

Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules.

3+ project Hands on

Experience working in the financial services or banking sector.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools (BI Reports, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, APIs).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
