Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and manage relationships with corporates, banks, and private institutions.
- Develop and present tailored CSR proposals and partnership opportunities.
- Secure CSR funding and sponsorships aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage assigned fundraising targets and contribute directly to overall CSR revenue goals.
- Maintain and grow long-term partnerships, including renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and partner satisfaction.
- Represent the organization in CSR meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor CSR trends and identify new funding opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior CSR team members when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 4 7 years of experience in CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of securing CSR funding or corporate partnerships.
- Experience managing multiple partners and revenue targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
