Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll:
Prepare and process monthly payroll (manual & system) with high accuracy.
Maintain and update employees attendance, overtime, deductions, loans, and variable data.
Reconcile payroll before finalization and ensure compliance with tax & social insurance regulations.
Generate and analyze payroll reports using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
Personnel:
Manage employees files and records to ensure legal compliance.
Handle social insurance procedures (hiring, termination, monthly forms, and settlements).
Administer medical insurance and coordinate with the provider when needed.
Prepare official letters, HR documents, and experience certificates.
Support in labor office inspections and ensure company compliance with labor law.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8years of experience in Payroll & Personnel.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance regulations.
Proven experience in handling payroll manually and through HR systems.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, automation).
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
