Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Lead weekly strategy and performance meetings, presenting media plans, dashboards, insights, and budget recommendations
    • Proactively suggest strategic optimizations and respond to client needs with clarity and confidence
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and LinkedIn
    • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution to maximize performance
  • Media Planning & Budget Management
    • Develop media plans aligned with client KPIs and budgets
    • Forecast results and adjust allocations based on performance and changes in client goals
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Set up, maintain, and interpret dashboards and regular report decks
    • Analyze metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, LTV) and translate them into actionable client recommendations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with design, content, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
    • Ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables
  • Industry Awareness & Thought Leadership
    • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
    • Share insights and opportunities with clients to drive innovation and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading client calls/meetings, presenting insights, and providing strategic guidance
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic tools) and analytics tools (GA4, dashboards)
  • Budget Management: Experience managing multi-channel budgets and optimizing spend for performance
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from data and craft strategic recommendations
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English and Arabic (both written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients. French is a plus
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable
  • Regional Fit: Prior experience in MEA markets is a strong plus
