Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be at the core of elmenus growth engine. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. You ll combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to scale campaigns effectively while ensuring maximum return on investment.

What You ll Do

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads to drive orders and customer growth.

  • Manage large-scale budgets and optimize spend to achieve performance goals.

  • Conduct market and audience research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel, and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with content, creative, and growth teams to align messaging and creatives with campaign objectives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative media buying strategies to the table.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • 3 5 years of proven experience in digital media buying, preferably within e-commerce or fast-paced tech companies.

  • Hands-on expertise in running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in campaign setup, optimization, and testing.

  • Ability to manage large advertising budgets with a focus on ROI.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Passion for growth, creativity, and working in a dynamic startup environment.
