Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to develop end-to-end marketing strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels and drive the strategy on some core set of projects and initiatives
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Conduct research on market trends, brand s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Completely understand existing tracking and funnels
- Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
- Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities
- Produce effective ad copies
- Define OKRs for channel experiences
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree from a reputable university
- 3-5 years of prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Well versed with all digital tools and their execution (In depth practical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels)
- Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices
- Strong technical and data analysis skills
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
