Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement personalized physiotherapy programs tailored to patient needs.
  

• Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists and therapy assistants to ensure high standards of care.
  

• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated treatment plans.
  

• Utilize a range of manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and modern rehabilitation equipment.
  

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
  

• Provide education and support to patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise regimens.
  

• Stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy practices, technologies, and rehabilitation protocols.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Physiotherapy (Master s preferred).
  

• Valid certification or license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
  

• Proven expertise in developing and executing rehabilitation programs.
  

• Strong leadership, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and patient-centered care.
