Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

MADAREK Group is seeking a highly analytical, advanced-certified Senior Planner / Project Controls Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and strategic project performance across multiple large-scale projects.

This is a head-office leadership role focused on project governance, planning control, and executive reporting not site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage master project schedules (Primavera P6)
  • Establish baseline programs and control mechanisms
  • Monitor project performance, delays, and risk exposure
  • Lead cost control, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
  • Oversee variation tracking and claims support
  • Conduct schedule recovery and acceleration planning
  • Review contractor programs and validate progress
  • Provide executive-level reports to management
  • Support commercial and contractual strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced project management certification (PgMP, PMI-SP, PSP, CCP, or equivalent)

Strong background in planning, project controls, and performance monitoring

Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6

Deep understanding of cost control and risk management

Strong contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)

Minimum 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects

High analytical capability and structured thinking
