JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Senior Planner to join our team on a prestigious mixed-use development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of complex mixed-use developments.

The Senior Planner will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. You will play a vital role in coordinating diverse activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to contribute to transformative projects within the Kingdom.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner, specifically with mixed-use development projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction planning, scheduling methodologies, and project controls.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
